Jeremy from Big Helpers was great! He assembled 7 pieces of furniture for us in just 2 and a half hours. He was prompt, polite, extremely professional, and did a fantastic job with each item. He even took the time at the end to take out and reinstall a drawer and door in an IKEA shelf that he noticed weren't completely flush. Big Helpers also charged a very affordable rate. I would definitely use them again and recommend their services to others.

We moved one of our offices in Chicago and needed assemblers for the office furniture. Not only did Big Helpers assemble the furniture, they helped to move some office equipment as well!! They were AMAZING and so easy to work with - I'd recommend them to ANYONE, whether it's a personal or office job!

Top Notch Service!!! SAVED THE DAY (attn Murphy bed people in need of help) I couldn't rave more about this company and their customer service and quality of work. Let's start with this --- our contractors ripped the existing Murphy bed off the wall and not only broke it but removed it incorrectly...AWESOME. We didn't know what company previously installed this and due to this problem, NO OTHER COMPANY would touch this since it wasn't their product blah blah blah. Thanks for Nothing. From Toni in the office, who was beyond helpful and super sweet to communicate with, to Ricky, their master installer who came up with alternatives and didn't price gauge us at all for his quick solutions. Assembly and installation was required for a full garage storage system. The Big Helpers team completed the job professionally, quickly, and what seemed to be effortlessly. This included the wall mounting heavy cabinets as well as assembly and leveling. I would highly recommend them for jobs such as this and many others.
